The Seeker's quest to kill Darken Rahl succeeded with the help of the Mother Confessor and Zed a wizard of the first order. That was six years ago during the time the Mord-Sith Mistress Cara tried to kill Richard. After the defeat of his brother Lord Rahl, the other Mord-Siths turned on Cara. Richard saved her and now she aids him in his quest to defeat the Keeper. Now Richard must yet again save the world. This time the Seeker faces an unknown enemy. His brother Darken Rahl is now running the underworld at the orders of the Keeper. Will the Seeker of Truth fail this journey or will he defeat the Keeper and save the world again?
